George Branch
George Branch, a Halifax Firefighter with a Dalmatian Dog is in the picture below. This picture is during the 1950`s era. It was taken inside the Bedford Row Fire Station in Halifax NS. The story is that back in the 50`s the Oland family of Halifax donated several of these dogs to the Halifax Fire Deptartement and they were placed throughout the several fire stations within Halifax.
