1965 / 66 International LaFrance 100' Arial from
Lawrencetown, Nova Scotia
Acquired from Lawrencetown Volunteer Fire Department, Annapolis
County.
This unit was a Hamilton, Ontario FD truck when new.
This was
Hamilton's first 100' Arial and ran as truck 6 out of the old
Sanford Avenue Fire Station until 1974 when it was moved to the west
end and bounced between Station 10 and 11.
It was then sold
to Wolfville Volunteer FD, Nova Scotia and then sold to Lawrencetown,
Volunteer FD Annapolis County Nova Scotia.
According to the American LaFrance delivery lists this rig is down
as a 1965 commercial arial serial # B-65.
